Curated Style Inc. ("Curated," "we," "our," or "us") provides personalized color direction and seasonal style guides based on the selfie, style answers, purchase details, and account information you choose to provide. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Photos you choose to upload. We use your selfie or photo to read color direction, lighting, face position, contrast, softness, and related visual signals. Your photo may stay visible on your device while you review the result. We do not sell uploaded photos or use them in public marketing.
• Analysis and guide details. We may retain non-photo result data, such as color direction, palette family, palette notes, confidence signals, retake guidance, style answers, guide details, and recommendation inputs needed to prepare your guide.
• Profile and preference details. We collect information you provide, including name, email, shopping mission, fit preferences, size range, lifestyle context, style leaning, silhouettes, comfort preferences, categories, budget comfort, and avoidances.
• Purchase and account information. We collect the information needed to process your purchase, create your account after the required flow, deliver your guide, provide support, and keep order records. Payments are handled by secure third-party providers; we do not store your full credit card number.
• Usage and device data. We may collect browser, device, analytics, and performance information to keep the site reliable, secure, and useful.

How We Use Your Information

• To analyze your selfie, generate your color read and palette, and prepare your seasonal style guide.
• To rank products and recommendations around your fit, tone, lifestyle, style direction, budget comfort, and exclusions.
• To process your purchase, create and manage your account, deliver support, and send service updates.
• To improve our product quality, recommendation systems, site performance, safety, and customer experience.
• To send optional marketing or promotional messages, which you can opt out of at any time.

Photos and Retention

Curated uses your selfie to read your color direction. We do not store raw selfies or face crops as your guide record, and we do not store raw selfie image data in browser localStorage or sessionStorage. Your browser may temporarily display the photo while you review the result, and service providers may process the image transiently to complete the analysis.

We may retain extracted analysis details, style answers, account details, order records, and guide data while your account is active or as needed for legal, security, support, and business purposes.

AI and Styling Analysis

Curated uses automated systems, image analysis, and styling models to help infer color direction and generate recommendations. These outputs are style guidance, not medical, legal, identity, employment, financial, or professional determinations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate Curated, including hosting, analytics, payment processing, email, customer support, AI or image analysis, and security services. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not share your uploaded photos with retailers as part of creating your guide.

Your Choices

• You can choose whether to upload a photo. A personalized guide requires a selfie, required style answers, payment, and account setup.
• You can request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting us.
• You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message.
• You can manage cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings.

Future Products and Services

Curated may introduce additional products, services, or features that collect or use information differently. If that happens, we will provide updated or supplemental terms where appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we design Curated with privacy and restraint in mind.

Children's Privacy

Curated is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Welcome to Curated Style Inc. ("Curated," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, selfie color analysis, onboarding flow, seasonal style guide, account tools, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Curated.

Our Service

Curated provides personalized color direction, a seasonal style guide, and style recommendations based on the selfie, preferences, fit context, lifestyle details, budget comfort, and avoidances you choose to share. Our current service is designed to narrow a broad product universe into a more useful seasonal style guide.

Curated recommendations are styling guidance. They are not medical, legal, identity, financial, or professional advice, and they should not be treated as a definitive assessment of your identity, health, attractiveness, or personal worth.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Curated. A new Curated account is created only after you complete the required flow: upload a selfie, answer required questions, complete payment, and set up the account. You may not create a separate account outside that flow to bypass payment, guide setup, or eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Your Photos and Inputs

You should only upload photos and provide information that you have the right to share. You retain ownership of content you provide, but you give Curated permission to process it for the purpose of generating and improving your Curated experience, including color direction, guide recommendations, product ranking, and customer support.

Uploaded photos are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In the current experience, your photo may remain visible on your device while you review the result, but Curated keeps the color result and guide details, not a raw selfie or face crop as the guide record.

AI and Styling Analysis

Curated may use AI systems, styling models, image analysis, product-ranking logic, and human review to generate color reads, palettes, style guides, and recommendations. These systems may make mistakes, and results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, inventory availability, and the information you provide.

We may update, improve, or replace the models, prompts, data sources, product inventory, and ranking methods we use at any time.

Purchases, Prices, and Refunds

The first Curated Seasonal Style Guide is currently offered as a one-time purchase. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change over time. Promotional offers, including beta discounts, may be limited, changed, or withdrawn. Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers; Curated does not store your full credit card details.

Any guide contents, purchase terms, subscription terms, promotional offers, or money-back guarantee will be shown before checkout. If a 14-day money-back guarantee or other refund window is offered, requests must be submitted within the stated period and may be reviewed for abuse, duplicate purchases, or technical issues.

Third-Party Retailers

Your guide may include products, links, or suggestions from third-party retailers. Curated does not control retailer inventory, sizing, prices, discounts, shipping, taxes, return policies, product imagery, or product descriptions. Retailer availability can change after your guide is created.

Marketing Communications

If you sign up for updates or make a purchase, we may send service messages and, where permitted, marketing emails about Curated. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. We do not sell your email address to third parties for their marketing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Curated, attempt to access systems without permission, scrape or resell the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, violate another person's rights, or interfere with the security or operation of the website.

Intellectual Property

The Curated name, designs, copy, interfaces, guides, recommendations, technology, images, and other service materials belong to Curated or our licensors, except for content you provide. You may use your purchased guide for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute Curated materials as a competing service.

Disclaimers

Curated is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim to provide thoughtful recommendations, but we do not guarantee that every color read, product, fit, size, price, retailer link, or recommendation will be accurate, available, or suitable for every user.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated Style Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or retailer-related issues arising from your use of Curated.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Curated if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or misuse the product. You may stop using Curated or request account deletion at any time, subject to our Privacy Policy and any legal or business retention requirements.

Future Features

Curated may introduce future products, subscriptions, visual rendering features, closet tools, "see on me" experiences, or other services that collect or use information differently. Those features may have separate or supplemental terms, and we will present those terms where appropriate.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required by law. Continued use of Curated after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
